"You Can Have My Room, Jesus"

Just got home. Alison and I picked Edward up from their rehearsal for tomorrow night's Christmas program. I couldn't help but get a little bit teary when I saw my not-so-little boy onstage - hahaha, iyakin talaga eh no.

I just couldn't believe how fast it all seemed. Five years ago, which seemed like only yesterday, we were just celebrating his first Christmas. And now... he will be performing in his first Christmas musical!

On top of that, their class will be singing "You Can Have My Room, Jesus." So during the rehearsal, I fought back the tears so hard, my throat got all tight...

Diba, nakaka-iyak? Especially when you hear the Kindergarteners' tiny voices drifting through the entire auditorium. (sniff, sniff)

Thank You, Jesus, for everything that You are in our lives. You can have our hearts... You can have our room... You can have it all!
